Refund & Cancellation Policy – Marjana Restaurant

At Marjana Restaurant, customer satisfaction is our priority. We prepare every order with care, but if something goes wrong, this policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and replacements.

1. Dine-In Orders
  • Once food is served at the restaurant, refunds are not available unless there is a proven issue with food quality (e.g., incorrect order or spoiled food).
  • If you are unsatisfied with your meal, please inform our staff immediately so we can resolve the issue on the spot.
2. Takeaway & Delivery Orders
  • Order Accuracy: If your order is incorrect, missing items, or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
  • Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied due to quality problems, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners; however, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
3. Cancellations
  • Dine-In Reservations: You may cancel your reservation at any time. We kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible.
  • Takeaway/Delivery Orders: Orders may be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them. After preparation has started, cancellations are not possible.
4. Refund Method
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash).
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
  • Special promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged.
  • Partially consumed food cannot be refunded.
