2. Reservations

• Table reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your booking.
• In case of delay, we may release your table after 15 minutes to accommodate other guests.

3. Orders & Delivery

• For takeaway or delivery orders, preparation and delivery times may vary depending on demand and location.
• We strive to ensure accuracy of orders. In case of mistakes, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order.
• Delivery services may be handled by third parties; Marjana Restaurant is not responsible for delays or issues caused by them.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include applicable taxes where required.
• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments (where available).
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Dine-in: Once food is served, no refunds are issued unless there is a proven issue with quality.
• Delivery/Takeaway: Refunds or replacements are available if the order is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered.
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

• Guests are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
• While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and Marjana Restaurant cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7. Liability

• Marjana Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged within our premises.
